During my Christmas stay, I really liked the fact that the hotel offered a great variety of breakfast options. The buffet was diverse and above average compared to other hotels I have stayed in. the location of the hotel was key, as it was situated in the heart of the city. This made it convenient to explore the central area and visit nearby attractions. I enjoyed the comfortable beds in the rooms, which ensured a good night's sleep.

One aspect that I disliked was the lack of complimentary drinking water in the rooms. It was disappointing to discover that I had to either pay for a small bottle from the minibar or visit the restaurant for water.

The location was ideal, with easy access to both the train station and the old town. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and well-managed. The breakfast spread was really good, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

Although there were a couple of minor inconveniences, such as the non-adjustable temperature in the room and the lack of a view from the window, they did not detract from our overall positive experience.

Moreover, the hotel offers an array of amenities like room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping. The room itself was exceptional with various amenities such as soundproofed rooms, electric kettle, mini-bar, flat-screen TV as well as different dining options. The staff was very friendly and always with a great sense of humour. The receptionist who checked me in made me laugh out loud, and this certainly added to my delightful stay here.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and its services to all my family and friends.
